The EML2020 portable power meter is the next generation of EML2000 energy monitor for single phase 120V single-phase and 240V split-phase electrical systems.

Perfect for monitoring the power consumption and running cost of individual 120V appliances at the plug outlet on the wall or at the panel.

With two channels, it can be used to measure two 120V appliances at the same time or one 240V split-phase load such as a stove, laundry dryer or air conditioner. Additionally, you can use the EML to measure larger single-phase or split-phase loads with optional 150A or 200A current clamps.

The EML is not capable of monitoring three-phase industrial or commercial loads. However, two single phase up to 200A can be measured with the optional clamps.

The design of the EML yields accurate measurement of not only standard sine-wave type loads, but non-sinusoidal and non-symmetrical current loads as well.

NB: There is optional Windows software for this product.

This product is available as a EML2020H Total Home Energy Monitor designed for monitoring a 200A residential panel within the home or as a portable Energy Auditing Kit with two 200A clamp-on current clamps and a durable waterproof carry case.
